My problem is very often that I hate and never go grocery shopping, so I end up eating out or ordering in when I’m hungry. I also like routine, when it’s available. So I made myself a meal plan for a single day and I will try it out for 7 straight days. It totals out around 1232 calories and meets my needs for fiber, protein, carbs, and fat. Let’s see how this goes.

I’ve been having a hard time motivating myself to going to the gym. Today I started playing Dance Central seriously. If I won’t go to the gym, I can’t at least get a work out. Just did an hour of the game and I’m sweating tons!
